Fire Resistance Tests

RED is the first laboratory in Hong Kong providing fire testing services for a wide range of fire resistance and performance tests for non-loadbearing construction elements, such as partitions, doorsets, shutters, windows, glass panels, glazing etc. Temperatures and air pressures are measured and controlled with advanced computerised systems, and both irradiance and deformation are also measured and recorded for our client information.

The testing facilities for structural fire resistance tests are also available for loadbearing construction elements, such as beams, columns and composite slabs etc. RED also provides consultancy service on product development of fire protection materials.
